How the program works:

<aside> 🛎️ Stacks leaders play concierge. During this critical time, key leaders throughout the Stacks ecosystem, including the Founder of the Stacks project, the Executive Director at the Stacks Foundation, the leads of the Bitcoin Odyssey and the Bitcoin Frontier Fund, and others will be personally connecting with teams to help them assess their current needs and match them to resources and mentors.

Hands-on support with pitch decks, plus warm introductions to active Bitcoin investors and funds.

We work directly with all the leading exchanges and market makers and will facilitate these connections.

📈 Growth, Press, and Go-to-Market Strategy

We have onboarded partners to directly support teams with growth, content, and PR.

🛡️ Testing, Auditing resources

We will offer testing resources and have trained and vetted agencies to provide audits as needed.

Your commitment as a mentor:

<aside> 🗣️ Given the customized nature of this program, mentors have full flexibility. We’ll work with you to make sure it is unobtrusive and convenient. The first step is understanding your area of expertise (marketing, BD, etc.) so we’re best prepared to match you.

Commitment guidelines:

• We’ll ask for a maximum of 3 total hours in February and 3 total hours in March. We may not use all of it, it will depend on the needs of the teams but we’ll be sure not to book you too much or too often. Of course, you can spend additional time with the companies beyond at your choosing
• Further, the schedule is entirely yours to make, we are not running classes at specific times. Rather, our core team will sit with each startup regularly and take down all their needs. When those needs align with your skills, we’ll connect you for 30 or 60-minute sessions. We’ll always make sure the team is prepared to make the best use of your time.
• Tough love: We’ve invited you because we don’t think you’ll have any issues telling a team how it really is. These teams are great, but as with all teams, there are areas of strength and areas of weakness. A goal of our program is to help them shore up any major weaknesses while building on their strengths, so your ability to break this down for them without hesitation is key.
