How This Structure Prevents That:

Phase 1: Validate (1 Week) - Prove the problem exists

• Your Goal: Get 10 people to confirm your problem is worth solving
• Mental Mode: Detective - you’re discovering truth, not defending your idea
• Output: Problem statement + feasibility confirmation
• Gate: Don’t proceed until you have evidence

Phase 2: Build (1-2 Weeks) - Create the minimal solution

• Your Goal: Build the simplest thing that solves the validated problem
• Mental Mode: Craftsperson - you’re executing with AI, not theorizing
• Output: Working prototype that demonstrates your core value
• Gate: Don’t add features until core flow works

Phase 3: Pitch (3 Days) - Tell the story compellingly

• Your Goal: Make judges understand the problem and believe in your solution

• Output: 5-minute presentation that excites and convinces
• Gate: Practice until you can deliver without notes
